Since Education&Mobility was created we have been an active actor in the field of mobility, hosting students and providing them with quality training and mentoring in the Basque Country and Canary Islands. We always have been coordinating the receiving of the students and searching their training placements according always to the CVs and studies.
We have taken part in several projects in the past with excellent results. During all these projects we have achieved a high experience in the mentoring field. All the incoming students from different countries of the EU had needed a mentoring from our side. We always found the personal mentoring was as important as the professional mentoring. Mentoring during the training it is important, but also mentoring the students outside their work placements it is really important since they are in different countries with different cultures.
